I am an American service member moving to Japan in October. I own a 2003 Monster 800Sie. There are some restrictions that apply to the bike when I arrive. They are emissions and brake tests by the Japanese government. Will my bike pass the testing or will I be forced to park the bike for the duration of my tour in Yokosuka due to the stringent government control over late model bikes? Please help.
